The Mobility Spectrum represents a fundamental concept which holds significant importance for all. I’d like to begin by helping to bridge the gap between those on the mobility spectrum to obtain fulfilled sexual lives with healthy intimacy.
Here’s why I desire to be that bridge….
The entire course of my existence shifted forever on November 3rd, 2023. A serious motor vehicle accident forced me to learn how to exist on the mobility spectrum. The pain was relentless. My body suffered from severe restrictions, and that shit made me feel like I was being buried alive. Then the absence of any visible finish line made me doubt the value of living, period.
The slaves and submissives who cared for me during my darkest moments prevented my complete collapse. I spent each day fighting against my broken state while grieving the physical form I used to have. They spent those days holding me up, hoping the former version of myself would return. It never did!
Reading Lucy Webster’s Substack content revealed new insights to me. The articles made me face the ableism I had been carrying toward myself as well as others. I spent so much time focusing on my limitations that I lost sight of the opportunity to adapt and rewrite my situation. This transformation brought about a complete transformation in everything. My kink, my sexual expression, my sexual joy remained intact, although they required new adaptations so I could enjoy them.
After enduring two surgeries on my spine, one on my hip, and 15 months of intense physical therapy. I started to recover my physical abilities. Yo real talk, it’s still hard. Living with pain and challenges will continue throughout my entire life. I’m truly grateful! The truth I now possess is that I will move forward. I will love. I will create pleasure. I will help others. I will experience a kink-filled sexual life, which will flourish because of my body rather than in spite of it.
